Hi. I’m Katie
Kansas City native, born and raised in the Northland where I still reside today!
After graduating from North Kansas City High School, I earned my degree at the University of Missouri in Business Marketing and Communication.
I found my place in the world as a Realtor in 2017, and the job fits me like a glove! My love for people and providing quality customer care collided with my skillset to see potential, find easy visual improvements to my surroundings and utilize my knowledge of what’s behind the walls of a home from my experience with live-in reno allow me to educate my clients on what’s important and what’s not.
I’m a wife to Trent, my partner of 17+ years, and my renovation sidekick. Together we have 3 children - Vera, Rhett and Harvey.
Trent is a talented contractor for Collected Living Design in Liberty and has been a exceptional resource for me over the years. I like to think I’m a resource to him too as we swap the best service providers in the area for our clients!
In our free time, we work on houses, go on walks with our kids, attend LCF church, watch documentaries and hang with friends and family.
